Order Processing
All orders are prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number along with the carrier details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Need Money For Porsche is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. Our support team is available to assist you if further help is needed.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds once dispatched. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been processed.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and the packaging and email them to admin@ineedmoneyforporsche.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work toward a quick and fair resolution.
